No loss; no gain; could be worse. Might not be able to weigh in for the next couple of weeks as I will be having guests camping out in my living room so weighing in on my Wii will be a bit uncomfortable. I will try to still get in my workout though. Let's see how that goes.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 127.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
