I am on vacation, and for the first time it means eating LESS (at least some days). I was way low on my calories yesterday - I gotta watch out.
I gained a few hundred grams, but that is probably just adjusting after my massive 1300 gram loss the other day.
Life is good!
215.6 lb Lost so far: 126.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
