Not sure what is going on but gaining weight while I exercise everyday and eat next to nothing-really sucks.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Actually when you first start exercising or change up your regular exercise routine, your muscles retain water to help them heal. Building actual muscle takes weeks of hard work. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuation. Muscles hold water which can temporarily make the scale go up. It's a great article.
