Ran last night...waited till later in the evening when it was cooler (it was still DANG hot!) but I still pushed through it. I could have swore I would have sweated off at least a pound....but no such luck! ugh. maybe Im at my next plateau....wah! Hoped to break 160 before my next one...guess I should be happy with 77 pound loss so far and stop whinning. Im being ultra hard on myself lately...maybe its time to ease up..... or......NOT!


Mantra for the Day:
Once it is conceivable, it is achievable. Don't give up
169.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing awesome. Pretty soon you will have to post an even skinnier picture since your last one. I just wish I could get more motivated on the exercising thing. Got out of my routine and haven't got back in it yet.

That is amazing 77pds your doing great and it with the attitude it will keep coming off especially if your running

I understand...I am always so hard on myself but if I wasn't, I would probably weigh 500 lbs (ok, maybe not that much). Hang in there and just keep in mind that you are doing so good.

Absolutely ease up on yourself, you have done an excelent job. The focus should shift to total mind body health with an eye on weight loss if you wnat to lose more. You have to be ever vigilant though of not falling back into old eating patterns. Good Luck Rascal!

I would say that if you continue doing what you are doing, that weight will fall of if it is suppost to.
