18.5 Weeks pregnant. Up 14 lbs. Continuing the gym 5 days a week.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2088 kcal Fat: 52.18g | Prot: 85.30g | Carb: 314.35g.   Breakfast: Snyder's of Hanover Snyder's Pretzel Poppers, General Mills French Toast Crunch, Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar, Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Strawberry. Lunch: Stew, Wal-Mart Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Croutons, Wish-Bone Fat Free Italian Dressing. Dinner: French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Au Bon Pain Chicken and Dumpling Soup (Large). Snacks/Other: Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, M&M's Milk Chocolate M&M's, General Mills Fruit Gushers, Betty Crocker Fruit Roll-Ups - Stickerz Mixed Berry, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Original Crackers. more...
