Had a business dinner with a bit more than my allotted calories but I did my exercise as I promised I would and no gain, no loss so it's all good.

How is your throwback Thursday?
214.8 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's going great! I will be finishing up some work and go to watch the sunset at the beach later. Have fun with the pup.

Thursdays are good days. =) But I don't think I am going to do well on the food front today.

Good job. just adjust and go on. I average over a week, so no issues on a high day

I do the weekly weight averaging. I add up all 7 days then divide by 7 and that is my weight for the week. No worries about fluctuations. Wednesday is my weigh in day. :)
