gooooood morning...already a heated day an its only 6am...just another hot humid day...back from my morning weight/cardio workout...so hard to get up in the mornings with the weather like it is...just hard to get up an going...but i finally got in gear an headed to the gym...i do enjoy going an working out inside this time of year...just wish it was easier to be in the mood at 4am...lol..but its over once again...an have 2 days off to rest an be ready once again monday...did better this week by getting 4 days in the gym an 1 day doing a morning walk instead of sleepin thru my workouts...so im kinda proud of myslf for making the effort...scales are down once again...im stickin with what im eating better..just to hot to even want to eat...so really thats a plus...got to get out once again today and face the heat...lots of water before i get out in it...plan is to trim yard this morning before the sun gets to high in the sky...get it over with an get back inside...well need to go an check on coolade i have in freezer for later when i head out side...make sure its froze...wont take long for it to thaw once i get outside an start sweating....
291.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I walked 2 blocks to work this morning hauling my briefcase, and yes, it was hot. My coworker was shocked I walked as hot/humid as it already is. I just told her it was downhill all the way.... lol
