Hey all,
First week in, had a few great days, a few less than great ones... Gotta stop eating sweets or chocolate at night and quit finishing the kids plates even though it's just a few bites. Keeping up swimming 2 to 3 days a week should help with everything.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
