Went pretty well, got her into a new car and affordable lease, scanned documents, listened, advised, hugged .

Yand cried.

You're a wonderful and loving son to do that for your mom. A lot of us are or have been through it. It's hard. For them and hard for us. We realize they're getting older and we don't want that to happen. We fear the unknown as much as they do. Chin up. You're doing the best you can for her. Just keep that in mind.

Geez. Did all that with my parents last summer. Yand cried. It's tough schlogging. Hang in there. Eventually it's all in hand. Make sure you have the mail forward in place. Guaranteed you've missed something.

I know what you are going through. My mom is just now deciding she should stop driving her car at age 92. LOL! I still can't convince her to move in with my husband and me. You are a great son to be there for your mom and help her make her life's decisions. There are so many adults that don't try to relate to what their parents are going through as they are aging. You mom is lucky to have you.
