Today is the day that makes or breaks my weekend goal to weigh less on Monday than I did on Friday. The tough part is that I have soccer practice today, and after practice I'm REALLY hungry and feel that I could afford to eat some extra food since I exercised hard. Usually that means a weight gain -- apparently it's easy for me to eat more than I burn, hahaha. So today, when I return from practice I'm going to make and eat a big salad and avoid "grazing" in the kitchen. My salads always have chicken or some kind of protein so they are filling.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good idea about the salad after soccer practice. Can you pre-make the salad so it's quick to eat when you get back and you avoid the danger of grazing while prepping food after practice? Not sure if that is an issue for you, but it's a danger I get into if I'm hungry and in the kitchen. I've really noticed a difference in my energy in the past week while trying to adjust to a much lower carb intake. I get hungry and tired after exercise. I played soccer yesterday and was so wiped out afterwards that I crashed out on the couch for 30 minutes!

I also have had to come to terms with the idea that just because I exercised, even if I really work out hard, I don't get to eat everything in sight! Good for you for having a post-practice plan. :)

Salads are great for filling you up. I always keep a salad, cut up broccolli and caulflower, and boiled eggs in my frig for snacking on to. Their my favorite quick picks for snacking.
