Staying the course...slow drip drops down but that is ok...slow and steady....slow and steady.
298.0 lb Lost so far: 45.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks SuccessThisTime....Not sure what the motivation formula is at this point in my life...just literally woke up and said enough....even if it takes me awhile...its coming off.
