one pound up. We had a hectic week and didn't cook the way I should have. But I am hoping to get that one pound off and send more away with it this week. It is important that I make healthy food because hubby needs it. We have not been back to the doctor for blood work yet, but our blood pressure is really good.

178.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It will be okay....just stick to your long term goal...and if you can't do that make a short term one and follow that path...you will do good.....
