Walked 1 mile yesterday. Haven't worked out today. Tried to do a salt water flush....but that was not fun to drink.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
