cstout30's Journal, 04 February 2015

The only day I went way over my calorie mark was during the Super Bowl. I work out for approximately 45 minutes per day. My goal was 245 but that didn't happen. I'll keep plugging away at it. I have a Chiropractor appointment today so I'll consider that some sort of yoga since they are stretching me out. I lowered my calorie intake today because I won't be able to do my workout due to time constraints.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What are plant based whole foods? I can't go without meat or milk so that's out anyway.
