FINALLY! It has been a 2 year harsh journey to get myself out of the 300's.....I turned on the music and danced around my living room! 299.8!!! I can't believe it!!! WHoo HOo.....this is a good milestone that I will remember. Focusing on the next goal of 280 now. Man, losing weight sucks so bad some days but not today.

299.8 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb. Still to go: 19.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
