Down once again!!! = )
208.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1492 kcal Fat: 41.06g | Prot: 65.11g | Carb: 223.58g.   Breakfast: spicy v8, pear, plum, instant oatmeal maple and brown sugar high fiber, coffeemate, sara lee delightful bread. Lunch: 100 calorie right bites, bumble bee spicy thai tuna, lean cuisine tortilla crusted fish. Dinner: sesame stir fry with chicken. Snacks/Other: almonds. more...
