Hi guys. Yes, my weights up. Two days ago I had a refeed day and actually went 1000 calories above my maintenance. It was by design. I hadn't done it for a while. The morning after, yesterday, I was 192.8, up from 190. No doubt it's glycogen and water. Today I'm down a bit, but it's still falling. Had a bit of a burr about why people come to these sites.
