Went to the gym last night. Had so many obstacles and reasons why I kept telling myself I should skip going. My daughter was sick, but I still went about 8:30pm. Honestly, it felt good to stick to a goal and do something for myself. I'm holding myself accountable this time around. Its like you know what to do and how to do it but u just don't do it!!!! Well I'm changing my narrative!!
