John10251's Journal, 28 January 2015

I ate like a bird because I had a dental appointment that went well. Then when home and rested until the numbness wore away. I got up and put in a good workout. I expected to see more of a weight loss this morning. It didn't happen. I am satisfied with my effort but not the results...
I'm feeling like I need to workout some more today...

From my experience what eat today will not be reflected on the scale for at least a couple of days.... many times I ate ice cream thinking it didn't affect me and then a couple of days later it was right there... hang in there the good your doing will show up when you least expect it!

You've been doing the right things. Numbers on the scale are really just a snapshot of the moment, could be more of a loss tomorrow. Keep up the good work. :)

Don't you just hate having to be patient? But you know it will come in time.
