I'm cutting down calories, seems like I eat a lot, always feel like I overeat. I need portion control plate. Worked my ass off at the gym 2day, was doing things I cud never imagining doing b4, feels gooooooood!
106.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
