Let things slip a bit on holidays; too many big meals. Will start to have regular lunch and dinner with no snacks during day; just a sweet something with my cup of tea at night.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
