Very happy to see the weight continue to come off. I really felt I was losing this week, but it's nice to have it confirmed on the scale.

I only made it to the gym three times last week, but it didn't seem to hurt too much. Maybe it's like raising my calorie level to lose more weight; if I exercise less, I'll lose more... Probably doesn't work that way, though.

Today marks two weeks off of diet soda. I can't say that I feel any better or worse without it. I have found that I really don't care that much for tea, although I knew that coming in. So, my experiment ends inconclusively and I'll probably go back to the occasional diet soda. Nice to know I'm not actually addicted. I didn't experience any withdrawal symptoms, even though I stopped cold turkey.

Nine days and a wake up until summer vacation. My plan while I'm in the States is to go off my program, but try to keep to about my RDI in calories. I hope to log what I eat here on FS, but I'm not going to drive myself crazy trying to lose weight while I'm there. If I don't gain a lot during those two weeks, I'll be satisfied.

Congratulations on another loss this week! You are continuing to see great results! I have faith in you that you can get to 180 pounds before the New Jersey Nitwit reaches 1,000 pounds. You won't get into the Guiness Book of World Records, but you'll be a whole lot healthier!
