my weight this morning was 175.4, 9.8% body fat, 56percent water.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

have not lost any weight in a couple of weeks so far probably because i've increased my caloric intake from 1200 average to 1800 avg but happy to find that my body fat percentage is still decreasing recorded my lowest ever body fat percentage at 9.7 %, right now i'm not focused on weight reduction any more but more of preserving muscle mass and lowering my body fat percentage through increasing my caloric intake and keeping my ultra low fat, vegetarian diet for the long term to decrease, maintain and control my cholesterol, body fat, and increase my weight reduction if possible although i'm more focused on decreasing my body fat percentages.

THAT is exactly what I am trying to do - I still want to drop weight - fat of course, but I do not watch the scale, I use a measuring tape and look at body fat% and my clothes.

in the beginning of my diet i was obsessesed about my weight being 210 i was in denial that it was really that number i lied to myself and said i must weigh less? i bought 2 different scales thinking that they would read less and that the current scale was wrong i would lie to myself and said to myself i'm not 210 but bought a more accurate scale and it just hit me like a rock, it really sank in when my more accurate scale read 215 i said to my self and then whats next 220? and 37 waist and 21percent body fat? i was at 215, 36 waist, and 20 percent body fat and got really concerned about my health and weight. now that i'm at 174 i'm very proud of myself 174 lbs, 33 waist and 12 percent body fat those are great stats and now i'm vegan, i don't have to count calories anymore can eat as much as i want, don't have to exercise to lose weight, and went vegan to clean out my arteries and lower my cholesterol i've done it for my health. i just cant believe i'm where i am today.
