Now--if i could just change that 2 to a 1--down the road. This week I got dizzy a couple of times. I read that I needed to up my salt so I did so,by eating Vienna Sausages or Pickled Vegetables. I feel like I am off to a good start. I will weigh in again on Sunday and also begin my 1/2 hr exercise after my two weeks of induction.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
