192.4 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A loss is a loss, right? I'm glad I decided to only record my weight once a week, because I took a nice spike today after eating Chinese food yesterday. lol
