Just back from the long weekend...I had a free eating weekend and ate all the stuff I don't buy or cook and it was yummy. But now, I'm on the road to recovery to make up for the lack of exercising that went on the past 4 days :-(
I will be back on top by week's end. Cheers to the next 3 days of fiber and green leafy foods!!!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
