not surprised by the gain, have gotten board with the diet and exercise routine. I will not allow myself to ruin all the progress that I have made. Back to the basics and back on track!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
