2 lbs lost since the last weigh in and I am not horribly surprised that it was only two lbs since I did go out to dinner and had a few cocktails and some "un-smash" foods! I am in phase 2 of Fat Smash, but not really eating tons of meat. Have had some tuna steaks and salmon and chicken. Portion wise, cutting down on the "real foods". In all, I am happy about the weight loss and will stick with it. I am heading out on business today. Overnight trip to Louisville, Kentucky...fly home, pick up Jim and then head to Manchester, NH to visit his mom and stepfather for the weekend...thank God his mom is a fitness fanatic...great workout equipment there!!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, a loss is a loss in my book, as long as you are not gaining it is a bonus! You are doing great, keep up the great attitude! Have a good trip and enjoy yourself!
