I'm not proud of what I've become... 276 days ago I was 186 lbs. I stopped loging into fatsecret and decided I should download the app. It's shocking to see how much weight I gained since my last entry. I don't recognize myself in the mirror... I really need to do something about it. I must confess I learned the hard way today that I wasn't ready to stop loging my food intake here. I hope I could at least get back to where I stopped. 186 sound increadible right now. But I have to be realistic and have small goals from now on. If I'm able to loose 5 lbs a month for now...that's duable for me. Ugh feeling sooo freaking fat right now...
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I honestly have found that I am more conscientious of the food I eat knowing I am going to log the food. This morning I stopped and bought my breakfast sandwich and tator tots from Sonic--that one I figured would be high, but not as high as I found it to be. Whoa!!! Once I logged that into this mornings breakfast intake I was flabbergasted. Hang in there and log your food, you'll be glad you did!

Hang in there - you can lose if you focus on healthy living rather than "diet" perhaps - then you may find it easier to log and see your progress.

Been there - I'm exactly where you are right now. I stopped logging in September or so and it was a huge mistake - but as long as we keep moving forward we'll be ok in the end!

Right there with you Jannice; I was stable for almost 5 years then gave up last summer...back at it now though. We can do it - right??? :)
