YIKES!!! Horrible time eating and not tracking at ALL. Almost no exercise and it shows :(. Back to tracking and exercising, hoping to get back into the swing of things now!
190.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.4 lb a week
