I stand at work, so added it to my exercise. Then added my spinning. I ate around 600 calories under my exercise number and gained 2 ounces. I'm thinking that paying attention to your exercise number doesn't help. I still have to stick to my original calories regardless of exercise. I'll pay more attention today.
131.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's hard to tell in the short run.

It usually takes a few days for the loss to show up. Don't worry it will go down and only with it being only 2 ounces it is probably just normal weight fluctuating up and down and not a real weight gain.
