I stand at work, so added it to my exercise. Then added my spinning. I ate around 600 calories under my exercise number and gained 2 ounces. I'm thinking that paying attention to your exercise number doesn't help. I still have to stick to my original calories regardless of exercise. I'll pay more attention today.
