I started at 217 on Jan 5, but for some reason it recorded my weigh in as a journal entry instead of starting weight. So I'll just clarify here. One week down though, lots of proteins... Meat, fish, chicken etc. snacking on organic gluten free granola. Hubby and I dried some dried fruits. Stuff like that. Need to add in more exercise and get this party started right.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I started right about the same time at around the same weight (214). Have you weighed in yet to see how the protein thing has been working?
