My wedding ring fits back on my ring finger! It hasn't for years. I did lots of exercise yesterday, 40 min. on bike, walked at the mall and neighborhood. also my one hour dance exercise class. The book, the Beck Diet Solution Weight Loss Workbook is helping me a lot. It is very good. It uses cognitive therapy. today is zumba for seniors...our sr. center has line dancing, ballroom dancing, Qigong,etc. today it is raining so it is a little harder to be enthused, but oh well.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hiya, just dropping into say hello, you are doing very well, been looking at your history, a few blips but overall great.....well done. I've had some blips a few big ones wher I emotionally ate for a while with bad results which is to be expected but now am trying again to get back to goal...a slow procedure but nothing happens over night not with weight loss....anyway keep with it.....you are doing great.....x
