I was REALLY REALLY sure that I wouldn't lose weight this week. Too many days of not recording what I ate just added up. But my weight is the same and I know I'll have a loss next week.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
