Oh thanks for asking. The repair has fallen apart so there is a corner of tooth missing but the filling seems to hold anyway. I don't dare chew on this side but soft food seems ok. My dentist has gone abroad, I have to wait another 2 weeks :( My main upset is lack of weight loss though! :(( Even BF and muscle haven't changed! It seems like my body is living on air. My calorie intake is below my BMR (1400) and I exercise 6 times a week. It's getting really frustrating. But my clothes fit better and I think I look a bit slimmer. I don't know what you two do different but you have worked it out!

Slimmer is good and it's important that you feel better. The FS ladies would say you might need to up your calories with all your exercise. I don't know that I've works it out. Every week is a challenge. Wait! Every day is a challenge.

Don't know what I am doing different, if anything LaraStar... At the moment I have been lucky... But no doubt I will come to a plateau soon. I have changed what I do, in the beginning my exercise consisted of daily wii fit plus, mainly boxing and step with the occasional hula hoop and other "fun" games, initially for 30 mins then upped to burn min 400 calories- calorie intake was about 1,000 calories. I then started wii sports active 30 day challenge on easy, with wii fit plus on "rest days" - calories were about 1,000- 1100. I started another 30 day challenge, still on easy, with the wii fit + on "rest days, plus got wii dance 2 and began doing that (but it began to hurt my knees for some reason) probably did it every other day- calories were still about 1000- 1100. Approx two + months ago I got "step to the beat" and did that approx every othe day along with occasionally doing wii fit + Calories were still about 1100. About 6 weeks ago I started aqua fit and bit of swimming and did that twice a week and on other days I either went swimming or did wii fit+ or step to the beat (did something every day) upped my calories a bit to 1200. About 3-4 weeks ago started gym - and did treadmill and strength exercises -still did aqua fit twice a week and concentrated on eating more protein and less carbs - tried to up calories to 1200 - 1300 - ( plus did quite a lot of gardening) 2 weeks ago I got my gym programme, which i Have documented in my journals, still go to aqua fit twice a week - cause I really enjoy it. Trying to up my calories to 1400 and concentrate on eating protein and lowering carbs - have not been eating bread because I am trying my hubby on wheat free diet. Documenting this in reply to you has helped me.... I have really changed my exercise routines maybe that's why I haven't plateaued yet... But I won't speak too soon

Thanks ladies. Today I got lots of compliments at work and the scale was 1 lb down. I definitely feel slimmer. Skinny I am currently on the 30 day challenge on the hard setting...and it is hard. I am feeling a lot more positive today and will keep going :)

:-) really pleased to hear you are more positive today LaraStar ..... I saw on a previous journal you did the 30 day challenge - I think the trick is to keep varying what you do ..... Fantastic news that you are down 1pound... I bet you have turned the corner now :-)
