Personal victory. I had a huge party yesterday and still lost a little weight. Didn't eat any sweets and tried to keep carbs down. Today is work so...Will Power.
132.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
