Wow! This is really what the scale said this morning so I'm amazed. Have not done any exercise since Monday and eating everything from red velvet brownies to peppermint crisp tart. Perhaps it's because I'm not having so much wine this year? Been having Savannah Lights on occasion and we had weak Mojitos and Sparkling Wine on Christmas day so those must be quite low in kilojoules then. I'm happy! Restarting efforts to reach my goal on the 5th so going to enjoy the next couple of weeks, which includes a mini make-over for my home office, until then. Have a Happy New Year everyone!!!
151.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
