My scale does that all the time. The first time I step on it, its maybe 2-3 lbs LESS than what I actually am, usually I step on it 3-4 times to make sure! I find the scale at my gym is a lot more accurate. Good job on the loss!

Mine tried adding 4 pounds the other week. But it did it to my kids as well. This morning it said my batteries were low so i am assuming that is why it was starting to show errors.

I'd agree with the low battery comment, but it's done that since day one. Evil little machines!! we all love them when the weight is coming off...or remaining the same and hate them when the weight is creeping back on.
