I had my fats alot higher than my proteins and I lost a pound... we went to Red Robin with friends and I ate hamburger patty with cheese and avacado and I took my own ketchup and mock danish.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
