lost about 5 lbs already first day of work my base metabolism is 2000 calories and 4 hours of walking equals 1120 calories total calories burned 3120; my consumption the night before working was around 1800 calories which equals a net deficit of 1320 calories.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

not sure if it was fat or water that i lost, i played 1 hour of tennis the day i started my diet, and consumed only 2600 calories the day i played tennis i've heard that the first 5 pounds are the easiest and quickest to lose but i was eating ice cream, and huge amounts of carbs before my diet so my body problem dropped the 5 pound in 2 days because of the calorie deficit from the tennis and the 4 hours of walking.
