I cannot be bothered to keep a food diary.. its not needed.

Smaller portions, more exercise, less chocolate..

Calorie counting is not for me!

177.9 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Hey if you can do it that's awesome. I know I need to keep track or I start taking a bite, here, a nibble there and before I know it, I'm up a few pounds.
