This past week went like all the rest when I'm home...maybe a little better. I did pay some attention to what I ate, so I didn't just inhale tasty treats but I didn't plan my intake like I should have.
Back in camp now, so I will good for another week.
Here we go again...ugh! I need to change my outlook towards food.
