Well, well, well, Mr. Fluctuation, where have YOU been? I can't say that I missed you, but I had a feeling that you'd be stopping by one of these days. :/
Today, I gained 1.2 kgs! Wow. That's a lot of weight imbalance. I know it's obviously not a fat gain - unless someone slipped 10000 calories in my food yesterday! :)
Anyways, smart scale says my fat percentage is down a little further, so I am in no way concerned. Been here so many times. Give it a few days, and I will reach a new low again.
Busy busy busy day today - long day at work, and band practice after.
Life is good!
227.1 lb Lost so far: 114.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
