Note for myself really

Weighing in BEFORE lunch each day... to keep it consistent

Diet is followed 100% as I am inputting it as I have it...


178.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

The best time for stepping on the scale would be in the morning before breakfast and after the bathroom but do as you prefer off course :-)

It surely makes no difference as your weight varies a lot in 24 hour periods.. so long as you are consistent... anyhow.. i do not have much weight to lose really and i am more focused on fitness levels, the weight will take care of itself. Bought expensive jeans I would like to wear though!
