You can do damage control! Get on plan now and you can lose some by Christmas or make a plan to maintain till after the new year if you can't handle dieting too much right now. Lot's of activity helps negate the calories. Get more protein in to fill you up. PLAN for treats and when you go out. The first bite tastes like the last.
