Totally blew my weigh-in today. I've got two days off from work, so I was up until like 4:00 a.m. last night. Then I woke up at around 5:30. I tried without success to get back to sleep, and finally gave up. Then, I was really hungry, so I went downstairs and had breakfast, without thinking to weigh myself. And after I'd eaten I didn't think I would get an accurate weight. Finally, I weighed myself at the gym. In the past I've found that I'm 1-2 pounds heavier on the gym scale than at home, but I'm going with that measure. (I've decided to only weigh myself once a week, but on that one day I let my compulsion run free. First thing in the morning, before my workout, after my workout...)
234.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
