Interesting week to say the least...all was good up until about Saturday/Sunday...and then I got bloated!!! UGH!! So now I am again flushing my system out...in hopes for another pound to fall off. Still on track and I am determined to reach my goal!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
