Down all the way to the next pound mark. That's a good weight to wake up to this morning. It also means I'm off the ledge I've been on for the last couple of weeks. Another step closer to my goal.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 125.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is fan-frickin-tastic! I think I'm pushing over my plateau this week as well, so I know how you feel. Adds fuel to the motivation.
