Well every cloud has a Silver Lining - At least I didn't gain weight :)

So a little bit more hard work seems to be in order ... Let's hope I can be at 65.2 at the most by next week Wednesday!


144.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If I can just stop eating like an obese person, that would be great! As of NOW , this second - no more Chocolate for me !! Wasn't even lus for it, but emotions... urgh!!

u know what.....im going to join you :) no more chocolates for me either, if i do have im going to throw my xbox control in the bin, that promise to myself always helps me

Hahaha it's a mind thing! I'm now on 3 days without smoking - so if I can hold ouot on that, chocolates should be a breeze!! When you are about to have a chocolate - tell youself that you don't eat it ! Convince yourself - not that you can't - but that you actually DO NOT eat it !

yor i smoked like 6 cigarettes yesterday :( i tried quitting twice this year and was successful for like 1 and half month then i started social smoking at functions with my family and be4 i knew it i was back to smoking the way i used to im just glad i smoke alot less and a much much lighter brand as anything mild-heavy will hurt my chest....plus i have asthma LOOOOOOL dont even know why im smoking in the first place

I also tried this year and also succeeded , then also started socially ! But I am determined to kick it this time! I wanna age well!

goodluck :)i dnt think im stopping anytime soon with that habbit yet, first need to get over my chocolate addiction cause thats actually worse for me because it contains cocoa which contains caffeine which can make me blk out lol

Makes sense! I need to stop before my wedding and I have a sensitive skin already - so if I continue it will cause more damage to my skin which is ever lasting! So I guess we each have a step at a time to take !

Hi , no I am not using anything - I am on 4 days now and it doesnt really bother me that much - only time is when I am extremely emotional or when I see someone else smoking ! But other than that - it's going well so far :)
