June has been frustrating to me. First weight loss has been exceedingly slow and then last Monday I was up 2 pounds and just today when I was resigned to signing in and giving an up number my weight jumped down a little. YEAH! I have been very tired even though I eat veggies with Atkins and vitamins. I did eat a number of carbs a couple of days this week and then yesterday went back to about 20. Today I have more energy and am ready to tackle everything again. We will see. I really want 2 more pounds to be at my 2/5 weight loss goal. I am hoping my body is ready to lose again!
